Actually I think it would be less than 24 hours of total driving. You could do it in two days easily, stopping around Richmond. You basically go straight up I-95, but you may want to go around NYC by taking the Tappan Zee bridge and then take I-84 through CT, up to the Pike (I-90).
The maps at Yahoo should give you a pretty straight-forward route.

First, learn to spell so you can read the map. That will make it MUCH faster for you. It takes about 32 hours of straight driving. Go up I-95.
