Since its latex, it should just peel right off. Now, if you have alot, I'm talking about it being in huge splotches, you may have to take it into a paint shop. Another option, again if its not alot, get a clay bar, I think its from Mother's. You can pick it up at most car parts stores, Auto Zone, Kragen, Schucks, etc... Follow the directions and it should work. I've used it and it worked wonders, getting rid of the dirt and small spots in the paint. I'm not so sure about it getting rid of latex paint, but its worth a shot. If not, plan on taking it to a paint shop if it wont come up at all.

Heres a link to Mother's:

Like "jeff the drunk" said, you'll probably need to clay your paint to remove the overspray. Keep in mind that this process will remove any wax you had on your paint finish so you'll need to reapply wax afterwards.

Do NOT use any type of alcohol or solvent (ie Goof off) on your paint. You could do permanent damage to your clear coat.

Try a product called "Goof off". Test it on a small place first.
