Should they change New Orleans name to New New Orleans, since its gonna be new?

The should keep the name as is, but after the next hurricane destroys the newly rebuilt city. They really should relocate everything. The entire cities built in a geological bowl.

No . all the maps would have to be changed , encyclopedias and so on..
