Nothing rhymes with silver completely. It only has a "half rhyme" and that is salver. A salver is a flat tray of silver or other metal used for carrying or serving glasses, cups and dishes.

Oxford Rhyming Dictionary says that salver is the only word that comes close.
If it is for a poem you could use two words like fill her, will stir, or a name like Wilbur.
