Just tell her the truth, a baby comes from a man's sperm and when he inserts his penis into a woman's vagina that sperm finds one of her eggs inside and goes inside it and it takes 9 months for the baby to be born. Don't be afraid to tell your friend what part of the body the baby comes out of.

when a mommy and daddy love eachother very much they do a little thing known as "sexual intercourse". see, daddy has a ... stick. and mommy has a... cave. and the stick just so happens to be shoved into the cave. the stick then um.
