it definately would be funny to see if they could.
They not only would have to have lips but the muscles in order to close their mouth and make the whistle sounds.
Just to see a chicken with lips would make my day.

Uh, chickens don't have lips. If yours does, then there is something wrong with it.... they are not ment to have lips... but if they did, and one happened to care enough to try, then yes. Actually it could without lips, like a bird...
