There are like 2 or 3 REAL ones out there... and about 5000 fakes that will just steal your money. There are 0 that are free, so forget about not spending money. If you can find a real one, then good luck.. they get shut down quickly. Just call up her phone company and social engineer your way to her information. You must know more than just her name though. Dig through their trash or steal mail(i.e. bills) and get their SS#, registered address, First middle and last names. Get their DLN, dob, height, hair and eye color... you must have all of that information handy when social engineering... so its better to just memorize and make up your script as you go so you dont sound like your reading from a book.
