Neosporin or anything that is intended to draw out poison will also draw ink out of your skin - that defeats the purpose of getting a tattoo...
Preparation H (yes, hemorrhoid medicine) soothes and keeps the swelling down and provides a barrier to keep out bacteria. Honest.
It's like a bad sunburn and will take a week to 10 days to heal. Just keep it clean - it's an open wound.

you put A&D ointment on if for the 1st 3 or 4 days (baby isle in the grocery store), then after that you just put regular lotion on it (i like cetaphil), but only put a thin layer on it. don't goop it on there. you don't really have to cover it. they say to take the bandage off after the first couple of hours, although, if it's still bleeding or if the dye is leaking a lot i'd go ahead and leave on on there. just be sure to take it off from time to time and let it breath.

Why would anyone want a tattoo???It's there forever. What a shame that people don't think first.I hope you show it off and not hide it.Women look terrible and men make themselves look like assholes.Sorry for your blindness and stupidity.
