I am a boy who has several friends. One of those friends is a girl. We are normal friends not boyfriend, girlfirend. Her and I hang out with several other boys and we all get along great. However I am starting to like this girl as more than a friend and I'm not sure if she likes me in that way. I wanted to ask her to the homecoming dance but I want to know if you girls who are "friends" with a guy would want him to ask you to a dance or should I just stay as "friends" and not push it? Thank you very much...

I went to my homecoming dance with a guy friend, there was nothing awkward about it. I think sometime in our life we start having feelings for our friends. It's someone that we know personally and it's someone that we see on a day to day basis. I don't think it would hurt to tell her how you feel. If she is a true friend, she'll respect that you were honest with her. And there's always a chance that she may feel the same way. Take a chance, you never know.

ASK HER before someone else does, ding-dong! This is the BEST kind of date! Someone you can relax with and enjoy the evening with that you trust. She WILL say YES!!! Now GO! Godloveya!
