And Widget the World Watcher! I remember that cute little purple alien! Took me over a year to remember what the guy was called though!

It must be He-Man: Master of the Universe!
I used to love the tv programmes and watched religously, i had the toys and everything, had a castle grayskull which is still in the attic somewhere along with some of the other toys like skeletor, the panthors, man at arms lol and some others i think.

The cartoon I remember most would have to be The Smurfs, LOL! I am seriously giving away my age here, right? :) As for comics, I am an Archie comics fan, and have been now for about ten years. I remember when the digests were cheap and then the price kept creeping up every few months until I finally had to subscribe. I am partial to the regular comic books (the thin ones) because the stories don't repeat the way they do in the digests (especially the double digests; some months I get a book with nothing but two or three new stories).

I remember Puddle Lane! I had some of the books as well, there was a magicians house and a cat and for some strange reason I've always remembered there was a story about a sandalwood girl!

I loved Betty Boop cartoons. I would see them on Colonel Caboose in Green Bay. But I watched cartoons in the late 50s and early 60s.

I remember Puddle lane. The magician used to be one of the Ruttles, doubt you'll remember those.
I remember Chorlton and the wheelies... 'ello little old lady!
I used to collect the Transformers comics...more than meets the eye.
I did not like "Moomins" spooky pink hippo with weird animation.

My favorite cartoon was The Chipmunks and The Carebears, I still have my old Carebear. I also liked Captain Planet and Johnny Quest. Yes, TV is my friend!
