I'm not surprised. I always thought that all he wanted was fame and this was his sick way of getting it. And it worked! But isn't the fact that he supposedly lied to the officials investigating the case and the American people a crime within itself? I say put the cuffs back on him and throw him into a prison filled with hardened criminals with no preferential treatment. Maybe once inside, justice will prevail.

I heard he was not a match as far as the DNA, but I think he can still be charged if there is further evidence to show he did it. The DNA samples weren't that great anyway. Personally, I don't think the man did it. I think he is one of those guys who confess to crimes they didn't do, for his own weird reasons.

I'm not really surprised that he won't be charged; what I am surprised with is that it didn't take as long as I thought it would. I thought this would have dredged on for at least a year.

I hate to assert this, yet I actual have continually theory that the moms and dads had an excellent purchase to do with the shortcoming of life of JonBenet...perhaps John Karr changed into in on it alongside with one or both moms and dads, yet i don't have self assurance he changed into in this on my own.

yeah i didnt understand how his handwriting and the ransom note were almost identical to his yearbook and what he wrote in it ,yet his DNA didnt connect him to the crime scene.

THERE WAS NO WAY HE DID IT HE WANTED TO GET OUT OF THAT MESS IN THAT FOREIGN COUNTRY SO DON'T BLAME THE SYSTEM
