I'd trade men, or sex in for a designer bag anyday.

With me, I feel pretty and confident when I buy something I think I look good in. Shopping takes your mind off of your worries and focuses on your emotions, and relaxing, and making you feel better.

All women do not like to shop!

Neither my wife or my daughter cares about shopping!

In fact, I buy over 80% of my wife's' clothes because she found out that I don't mind shopping so she just doesn't bother.

Be careful with your syntax when addressing the public.

Using the Noun with out an adjective implies ALL. No one has had an experience with ALL of any subject. The issue here is that the questions categorizes nouns that are not part of the issue.

I have never met even 1% of all the white males on earth. My question is no longer objective, it is Bias!

For me, looking good also means feeling good. Its right up there with being beautiful and/or slim. So Yep, total shopoholic.

The 3 most important brand name items to have are Handbag/purse, Accessories (This can be a silk scarf, watch or sunglasses, etc), and lets not forget the important: Shoes. This trio of visual radiating power spells H.A.S.

They are also things that people identify easily from a distance. Clothes can actually be harder to identify by brand than shoes/purse/watch/sunglasses. I go with high end designer "visuals", but just buy medium priced clothes. :D

Because it's the greatest paradox of life!! We feel sexy when wearing new clothes that are not only in-style but make you look and feel good too. It's a fun way to hang out with friends, and plus you get new stuff, which is, like, awesome. And I don't know about you, but I always feel more feminine when I go shopping, I don't know why. I love to shop; it's so much fun!

Some, I repeat some ( I dont want any nasty emails) like to have new shiny things to show off and make them feel important to their peers. It's not fact, just general observation. Men on the other hand. We keep and wear the same old t shirts, old cars, on old furniture untill you make us throw it out and get new things. Why do you do that? To impress your girlfriends into thinking we're losers or something. So, yes, it probably is in your DNA

Women love resources because resources are needed to raise children.

Women expect men to provide them with resources. In modern times this translates to men paying for dates and being the 'breadwinner' in the marriage.

Men like resources as well but mostly as a means to attract women...thus the stereotype of the guy with the nice car getting all the ladies.

not all woman like to shop....my girlfriend hates shopping she just goes downtown gets the same type of clothes she would get at the mall for 1/2 less...i guess it's because she's into politics, non-profit programs,....she's going to law school
