I have an FTP site and when I uploaded the HTML file I made in word, It wouldnt show up when I made my website, why not?

Oooh! Use different software, like Dreamweaver or FrontPage! Word is very squirrely in HTML!

I suggest not using word for your coding needs. I am guessing you pasted pictures and typed text and saved it as an HTML hoping everything will be coded?
If thats the case, it doesnt exactly work like that. What i suggest is downloading the trial of Dreamweaver OR taking the time to type the code in notepad and saving that as an html file.

Word is rather pathetic in its webpage creating abilities. It makes spaghetti code (programmer lingo). Also, did you upload the folder that was generated for all your images and so on? Did you use filenames containing no illegal characters (spaces for example)?
