What is your favorite thing about Christmas and why?
I love the lights and decorations and the carols being sung.

The best thing is to see little one's eyes light up in wonderment at all the decorations and sparkles in shop windows and on the trees.
To know that the Savior has been born again and to tell my grandchildren the greatest story ever told.
The bustle and excitement of decorating my own home and not caring about the electric bills.
Hoping it will snow or at least be cold enough to light a roaring fire and roast chestnuts and marshmallows.
Preparing dishes that only come with the Christmas Season and smelling the aromas all through the house.
Saying "Merry Christmas" instead of Happy Holidays, and being glad when someone tells me "Happy Hanukkah".
Sharing, singing, getting another chance to do it right this coming year, decorating packages, and still believing in Santa at my age.....

My favorite things about Christmas are the carols, the decorations, the white snow, and the family gatherings.

The lights and decorations are nice It gives me the feeling that Christmas is here and it's a nice thing to know. I just don't like the cold weather it sucks. I'm not a winter person.

Lights decorations music. I love how i feel. People seem more friendly that time of year. I put up my tree thanksgiving weekend.
I play Christmas music in the car all month. we have a radio station that plays only Christmas music. I love to give.

It is the birth of Chirst the saviour of the world. The lights, decorations and all are nice, but we MUST NOT forget the true meaning - CHRISTmas. It is not the Holiday Season, etc. Don't take Christ out of Christmas.

Everything! Everything about Christmas is a joy. From the chili weather to shopping to remembering Christ. Visiting family from miles away, decorating the yard and inside the house as well. The smells, the food, the gifts. It's all wonderful. And I feel blessed every year to be able to share Christ Jesus' birth. Thanks for asking.

It has to be the carols.
I especially love O Holy Night, Adeste Fidelis, Hark the Harold Angels Sing, Let There Be Peace on Earth, and Angels We Have Heard On High.

The best part about Christmas to me is getting together with family. We always go to my grandma's place after Christmas. We exchange gifts then we have a huge feast. It's awesome!

i love christmas time. my favorite thing would have to be the music and carols. and how could i forget the movie white christmas with bing crosby! i love picking out christmas gifts for my family. and snow!!!
