i heard you use less gas when the car is in park running, than when the car is off. So i have been leaving my car running for 3 days now i thinkl it is working!

Yes it does! I haven't shut m car off since gas prices went past 2.00 and I'm using less gas than I did when I actually drove the thing!
I even left my car at the gas station pump (they said it was ok) so when it runs low I can just add more gas so I save even more because it doesn't stall!

no just leaving it in park idleing does'nt save gas.
you need to drain the oil and put a rock on the gas pedal. then when the engine blows and it doesn't run anymore you will save a lot of gas......and get a lot of laughs as you walk down the street and everbody points at you and says "There is that idiot that drained his oil and put a rock on his gas pedal"

That is not true, You should only let your car run in park no longer than a couple of minutes.

hey and you are the only one i'm gonna tell this little secret to so don't let it out. if you turn on everything that is powered by electricity in your house your meter will actually stop turning or counting and you will no longer have an electric bill.

IF YOU COMPARE IT TO DRIVING, THEN YES, YOU DO SAVE GAS WHILE YOU ARE RUNNING THE ENGINE BUT NOT DRIVING. BUT IF YOU COMPARE IDLE TO OFF, THEN YOU MUST BE THE SMARTEST GUY IN THE WORLD.
