My 9th grade girlfriend would like to become a florist when she grows up, and I would like to find her a great floral school, out in public, "not" online. Where can I find one, in roanoke, virginia?

her best bet would be to approach her local florists. On the job training is wonderful, and there really isn't anything out there that she can do while going to high school.

I would suggest that she take horticulture and floral design in college, backing it up with a managerial associates degree.

wish her good luck

Local community colleges usually offer these flower arranging courses. Start there and they can point you to the right direction.
