In about 2 weeks or less. it will be a open test like beta 2 was, anyone can download it.

Microsoft expert Paul Thurott writes that the CTP scheduled for April 12 will now be available on May 24. Other changes target the RC1 (release candidate), whose date has been moved from mid-July to August 25 and the RTM (ready to manufacture) version, initially announced for August 25, is now scheduled for October 25.
