It may be dying...buy something quick! If all else fails, get a new fish and flush the dead one.

You need to have a clean tank. Also if you change the water make sure you get something to take out the clorine. Also feed it every day . A pinch of food is good it only costs a couple of bucks for a bottle of food. The anticlorine maybe 3 or 4 dollars. It has to have a clean tank to breath .

All I know is that when the fish starts floating to the top, grab it's tail with your hand and move it back and forth in the water. That is like a fish CPR. When I was growing up, we had a regular gold fish live for 10 years in a small bowl of fresh water. It died like 3 times and my mom kept moving it around, as mentioned above, and it came back to life. It was good for another couple years. It officially died when our cat got ahold of it. My mom couldn't fix that. This may sound unbelievable, but I swear it's the truth!!!!!

yeah hes sick all right , hes probably got a week left. theres nothing you can do about it. ive lost 3 fish the same way.
And if you see closely you might see a change in their scales, its pretty gross actually.
So when he dies and you put a new fish in make sure you clean the tank very well!

So it wasn't thoroughly raw...really undercooked, at worst. you're probably ok. do not ignore, many sorts of sushi use raw, thoroughly raw fish, and that is fantastic. the unique objective of marinading meats became to help kill off the nasties in it that can make us ill. Cooking meat also kills off those nasties. So i'd not worry. purely at the on the spot are not making it a habit.

if it has a round blackish belly, that means its pregnant and its about to have babies, but if its not, take it to a pet store. Trust me, i have an aquarium tank and you should separate it if you have other fish. because whatever sickness it has, it might spread to the other fish(if you have any). i hope your fishy will be okay!:(
