It usually comes the day it comes out but sometimes earlier than that.

They can't ship it until they physically get it.
After that it is up to the shipper. If it is the US Mail then it could take a week. If it is UPS then you should get it sooner. If if is Fed EX then you should get it the next day. So look at the order form and see how they are shipping it.
Don't forget that My Yahoo can display a UPS package tracking search engine. You can find it in the customize your My Yahoo page, and it will appear in the small section on your page.
