This seems to happen alot with the politically chargd or religious questions.

Edit-for opinion based questions it can be subjective but iv'e seen it happen on fact based questions too, questions which clearly have a well defined answer.

Yes, it does get annoying. It also bugs me when people ask the most irrelevant things.
