I wouldn't be surprised if he got caught in a compromising position with a Thai child and coughed up this story to get extradited back to the US. If that turns out to be the case, I hope we ship his butt right back there.

I thought from the get go he was a nut and not guilty. Now he has to be careful no matter were he goes. He is a marked man pretty much all over the place.

its funny because they always said that even if the DNA didnt match, it didnt mean that he wasnt part of it.. and now they are dropping the charge...

it was wrong, right from the start.. hes creepy for sure, but it was just wrong.. it just didnt sit right with me

this leaves the police looking like morons..

what a neat thing DNA is, without it he would have SURELY been convicted.. ya think?

he should get jail time for preying on the emotions of the family and public as well as wasting the courts time. you get jail time for knowingly making a false 911 call. then let him into the general populace there. boulder is probably sending to canon city. the inmates in general will deal with a man who is too wussy to be an actual child molester, but wants to claim it.

I never thought he was guilty of actually killing Jon Benet.

He was however, clearly obsessed with the case, he wanted ot be her, to be her killer, and when the opprotunity arose, he took his chance.

And by opprotunity, I mean that he was guilty of molesting boys in taiwann, where he would have immediatly been sentenced and killed in jail. Or the other option would be to involve himself in his ultimate fantasy, therein buying him time and freedom.

He could just be a huge loon. Or this could be one of the biggest cover-up attempts in modern history. Maybe Mr. Ramsey set this up. Maybe the police/gov't set it up. Or maybe he did kill her but something's screwey with the evidence. We'll probably never know the whole truth, just what people decide to tell us.

It is a curious situation, almost as if a name could be cleared by paying him off. The man is sick, so I am sure he wont be living a life of freedom now anyways.

he's guilty of something, but killing that little girl ain't it. i think he knows who did kill her though. as for what happens to him now, he's going to sit in jail a long time while they figure out if they got something else to hold him on. then he goes and faces the other charges in Ca.

I think he got the publicity and a free plane ride that he wanted. He has a REAL problem!

maybe he will be charge with something else. it is up to the proper authorities. he certainly should be charged with something for lying and hurting the family like he did.
