If they all went on separate vacations, and Mr. Brazil went to Germany, then statements 3 or 4 can't be right, since that would have put him in Germany, where Mr. Brazil went. Unless your definition for "single" in "single destination" means they all went to the same destination, which means all 4 statements are true. But then, you did say that "one went to Germany, one went to Egypt, and one to Brazil". And then, that leaves the question, "Where did Mr. Egypt go?".

3 and 4 can't both be false. This would mean Mr G went to both Egypt AND Brazil. So one of 3 or 4 has to be true. Say it's (4). In this case, 3 being false would mean Mr G went to Egypt and 2 being false would mean Mr B went to Egypt. Again not possible.
So 3 is true. Then 4 would say
Mr Germany went to Brazil, 2 would say
Mr Brazil went to Egypt and so
Mr Egypt went to Germany

Mr. Brazil went to Egypt, making #2 false and #1 false.
Mr. Germany went to Brazil, making #4 false and #3 true.
Mr. Egypt went to Germany because it's the only one left.

Well let see...
Only one statment is true but you did not say which one. So if I choose 3 as the true statement then the rest are not true then the following must be where they went:
1. Mr. Brazil went to Egypt to keeping statments 1 and 2 as false.
2. Mr. Germany went to Brazil keeping statment 3 true and 4 false
3. Mr. Egypt went to Germany as the only desination left and no other statments are affected.

(3) and (4) cannot both be false, therefore one is true. Meanwhile (1) and (2) are both false. Thus mr brazil went to egypt. Thus (3) is true. So mr germany went to brazil. This leaves mr egypt traveling to germany.

One of the ones that is true has to be about Germany as they cannot both be false (then Germany would have to go to both). So, that means Brazil DID NOT go to Germany (that is false) and he DID go to Egypt (not going is false), so Mr. Germany went to Brazil (as #4 has to be false because he could not have gone to Egypt w/ Mr. Brazil. That means Mr. Egypt then went to Germany.
