Just pick something that you are passionate in. If you can't think of anything, just pick something that you are interested in.
If you like travelling, talk about where you have been and how it has affected you. If you like running, talk about that. If you like Justin Timberlake, talk about him.
As long as you can talk about something with conviction, it will sound okay...
