The universe is continuosly expanding and it is containing all the matters in our universe.
Another way u can look at our galaxy is
: Universe -> Local Supercluster -> Supercluster -> Milky Way -> Orion Arm -> Our Solar System -> Earth -> Your home

that is assuming that satellite is referring to a man-made type satellite that orbits the earth. otherwise, the q is amibguous, for example, the earth is a satellite of the sun
