(and little or nothing was mentioned in the press about them)? Isn't there something wrong with this?

She was white, rich, cute. The same reason it is a "horrific tragedy" when a rock star,actor, congressman, ect. dies in a accident. Is is more tragic than when a single mother of three kids dies? no, but the latter does not sell news.....

They are and were a rich family and the media loved the beauty of JonBenet. The media does this with everything, I believe 3 or more were killed up here in MN around the same time but they never made it on national news, were not cute or rich enough I guess. They pick and choose what they sell to the public, alot of important information we should be hearing we never do.

Yes. I've never understood why so much time is dedicated to one missing person, and some never even get mentioned.
Is it because of the income of the parents? Is it because some children are "cuter".
Or is it because some murders or vanishings are more "juicy" to the press than others?

1: Rich
2: White, though if they were 1 and 3 it probably wouldnt really matter

I have wondered the smae thing over and over! I wonder if they were poor kids? I guess the Media only cares about you if you are loaded!

I never felt her case was special. There are/were worse things that have happened to other kids and NO ONE seems to make a deal about it.
