Then how come your avatar still has blonde hair, hmmmm? Ha-ha.
Black hair rocks. I have naturally black hair (but I have to help it out with dye because I started going grey verrrry early.)
The colors depend on whether your skin has cool or warm undertones. The blue-black color might make your skin look paler, but I have pink cheeks and I don't get tan, I freckle and get moles :( Make sure your eye makeup is nice and smooth--no crinkles, because your face stands out more against the dark hair backdrop. I like cream shadows, like those little tubes of shiny stuff.
I love purple and dark brown and even black along the lid but not past the crease because it makes your eyes look smaller. Those cream shadows with iridescence and sparkly bits make the dark colors pop, though. Dark blue is cool, and I looooove white and silver and gray.
Oh, and you might wanna try a different lip color while you're at it. The black might make you look a little bit washed out (not like vampire-pale, I just mean faded-out like a magazine pic left in the sun.) You're right--you'll have to change your colors a bit. But black goes with everything, right? Keep your colors cool and you should do fine. No gold or copper, though, and light on the bronzer. I tried them and the pictures are *heinous*--I won't make that mistake again. Ugh. If you have to go metallic, try silver, but no bronze. No yellow. No orange. Have fun!
Whoa, mommy2savann...--makeup makes you ugly?!? Are you insane? Makeup is crazy fun and you should try it before you go poppin' off at the mouth about how makeup wearers have low self-esteem or whatever you're yapping about. Makeup rocks and I don't wear it all the time, but I do sometimes and it's like art on your face. Makeup kicks a ss and there's nothing wrong with that.

look at the almay eye color makeup section. they have colors that will bring out brown eyes and blue eyes. i have blueish gray eyes as well and fair skin and freckles and i use the four color maybelline eyeshadows because on the back it tells you where you put each color on your eye to make the most of it. 1) tinted moisturizer - Neutrogena healthy defense daily moisturizer light tint spf 30 gives a nice glow for any skin tone and protects your skin which is the most important whether you're tan or fair skinned. 2) Neutrogena healthy skin blends natural radiance bronzer on cheeks, chin, forehead and top of nose to add a natural sunkissed glow. 3) maybelline sunlit bronze or maybelline chai latte eyeshadow for blue eyes because copper/brownish/tan brings out blue eyes. purples/greens bring out brown eyes(just look at the almay section to get the idea...it tells ya...cvs.drugstores.walmart all have it) 4) brown or black eye liner on top lash line and ONLY ON THE OUTER HALF OF THE BOTTOM lash line because it will prevent you from looking like you have TOOMUCH makeup on and it will open up your eyes and appear more awake and they will look bigger/brighter. 5) mascara- i recommend maybelline volume express, maybelline full and soft or covergirl lash blast. they all do wonders for your lashes. the makeup i recommended is everything that is in my makeup bag, plus other neutrogena sunscreens because i'm addicted to it and an eye lash curler which is important to own. i always get compliments on my eye makeup so i hope this helped and best of luck. important tip: if you put a lot of eye makeup on, don't put a dark color lipstick/gloss on because it will be too much. light colored gloss for shine or light colored tinted chapstick would be natural looking. another tip: foundation sucks in the summer, that's why i recommended the tinted moisturizer. have fun!

Neutral shades, pinks, corals, browns, beiges, they reflect the brunette colors the best and dont look flashy like any blueswould. you could try greens but be carefull.
Stay away from blacks and grey's, they wash you out and will make you look tired, you want to reflect and blend with your hair, not strike against it.
