my opinion, although does not matter, i think this was all a hoax. he more than likely done something really bad in Thailand and weighed his options: got to prison there, which would make our prison system look like club med, or fabricate a story a get the U.S. to extradite him back here. now that he is here, we find out that he lied and now he is free. i think we should take him back to Thailand to face whatever charges they had him on, tack on a few extra and let him spend the rest of his miserable life in their prison.
