does it have to be at a body piercing store, or does places like wal-mart, & other shops do it?

Body piercing shops or tattoo parlors. Although i do them on the side as well. I am a piercer, so i do suggest that if you have it done on the side, make sure the person that does it knows what they are doing. The lip is one of the easiest places to pierce, not may blood vessels there.

you can get a lip piercing at a piercing studio...I'm sure a random person who 'does piercings' can do it for you but you'd better make sure they really know what they're doing and have had an apprenticeship at a professional studio. Its extremely difficult to satisfactorily pierce out of a home setting, and under no circumstances should you get it done at walmart or some other place...your only asking for problems

A Tattoo & Piercing Parlor.....No Wal-Mart doesn't do them..haha...they don't even do cartilage piercings anymore, just lobes.

i believe that is the one and only service walmart does not provide. when doing something as serious as a lip piercing my advise would be see a piercing shop.
