It's hard, but try not putting too long of a pause after the yeah and make sure your tone is in check. Sarcasm is all about the tone, so if you don't use one it may not sound so bad.

I don't think it's possible. I've tried and I always sound like I'm being sarcastic. Best to just use another phrase.
