Disney animated version-Bippity Boppity Boo
Rogers and Hammersteins (sp?) that's a tough one, I love the step-sister's song, "In My Own Little Corner" and "Impossible". Oh, and the song that Cinderella and the prince sing together.

my favorite is the richard rodgers TV version from 1957
Do I Love You Because You're Beautiful
(there are was also a remake for tv in 1965 and 1997)
the 1997 is not recommended as the way it was written it seemed to star the fairy godmother rather than cinderella.
The disney cartoon version i always liked the bobity boo song.
