Most pet stores will make a point of oredering in any fish that you are looking for, you only need to ask.

I've only heard of very LARGE pet stores having neon guppies, as they are not a "normal" fish. I'd google "neon guppie" (with the quotes) to find an online seller. You may also try e-bay.

Check your local petshop and avoid big department stores like Walmart. Ask your pet shop about them and if they could order in some. Most places order them in when asked.
