i want to know how long one can go in before he realease and when woman can satisfy is it 10 min or 20 min just crazy to know about that.

Buddy, take your time...you're missing out on so much if you last 10, 20 or even 30 minutes. My love and I retire sometimes 2 -3 hours before we drift off to sleep. If you are a premature ejaculator, then spend the major amount of time in foreplay, then insertion and then comes the afterplay. Hey, it all depends on the person that you are with. When you are so in love with someone, you should make it last for hours, heck, go ahead and make it a marathon...You won't be sorry...

You can go after 10 if you can,but women need a little more time,so, 20,25 will be okay for the first shooting.after both can come back to hunting themselves(playing,touching,etc),and then both shooting again,and again.(it is up to you,up to her).Good luck.Most important thing is communication between the couple.You can ask her: how do you want? where do you want? did you get some? tell me,do you want more? communication is the key to get a victory in this matter.Good luck.
