a loan?

$1199.11

If you want to keep your business, just your business, then use whatever spreadsheet application that might be on your computer. They most all have templates to do amortization, so all you have to do is enter your numbers. You can then make any changes quickly and privately. Then save it for later.

The payment is $1199.10 Principle and Interest.

To make the calculation you need to have a financial calculator. You can also use one of the many calculators on line dinkytown makes the one most used on lender sites.

http://www.dinkytown.net/java/MortgageLoan.html

If you have a financial calculator, here are some common expressions:

N = Term, This is the length of the loan, sometime expressed in years or months i.e. 30 years = 360 months

I = Interest, The Interest rate, sometimes is calculated by the interest rate or the monthly periodic rate(mpr). i.e. 6% = .05(mpr)

PV = Present Value, The loan amount

FV = Future Value, Usually set to 0

PMT = Payment

Different calculators have different processes. Check out your calcs web site for more details

Goto myfico.com and use the morgage calculator on it. It will help you a great deal. Myfico.com has worked for me in figuring out anything I need from home to car, or simple personal loans.
