No big surprise that the charges were dropped -- he got a luxury flight back to the US (which is what he wanted), he was turned over to the US Authorities, where he knew he would escape any problems he had overseas ... etc etc etc.

The REAL question should be: WHAT crime(s) did he commit in the country he left to want to go back to the US so badly? That is the key to this whole thing here -- and where he was at -- there is no leniency in Judicial Proceedings -- especially when you prey on Juveniles -- and I will bet he preyed on juveniles -- and knew the in-country police were about to come down on him -- so the way to avoid execution was to do this.

.I did not hear that the charge was dropped but I did hear today that he has not been "formally charged". I do believe it's possible that he confessed so that he would be extradited from Thailand, and do his time in an American prison instead of a Thia one.He was charged with some kind of molestation charge in Thailand No matter what, this guy is obviously deranged and needs to be detained somewhere.

I never thought he was guilty, he didn't seem to have any evilness about him. I feel he was dragged out of Thailand because they are desperate to make a case, but they got the wrong man. I just hope and pray they quit harassing him.

He should be jailed for making such accusation and placed in a mental institution. People like this shouldn't be walking around in society.
