I find more stupid questions here than stupid answers.

Nope. A lot of the questions and answers I see here are not stupid. They're "ignorant" (that's not an insult, just a statement of lack of formal knowledge) in the sense that people answer according to what they understand to be true even if it's not the truth. But there's not a whole lot of other places to go to ask, answer, and discuss a lot of this stuff in a friendly environment.
So I happen to like Yahoo Answers for that reason. It provides a friendly place to ask questions and answer questions. I wish they had more of a forum format though.
Well, it's friendly until some idiot comes along and calls everyone stupid. but I won't point fingers...

Good teachers used to say, "The only stupid question is the one that isn't asked." This is a good tool, and has been used well. It's a shame the noise level makes it painful to use. It would be much more useful if moderated. But then, you wouldn't have thousands of children posting stupid questions and answers and trying to get someone else to do their homework. I would love to see an answer from the people who brought Yahoo Anaswers into existence.

i get more annoyed when a good questino gets an obviously wrong answer chosen as best answer by voters or the asker itself. I've won best answer even at times where i admitted to only be adding additional information to somones answer.

certainly relies upon on your attitude. in case you answer a real question with a real answer then the call suits properly. while you're interested in the ridiculous and can think of of basically dumb retorts then perchance...Goofing off and it shows! might artwork ideal.
