I know, its just time and fluids, etc, etc....BUT, does anyone have any tips for getting over a cold a bit faster??? Thanks!!

Take a "Women's One a Day" vitamin

Drink Orange Juice

Stand in the Bathroom and turn the shower on to Hot and let it fill the room with steam. Stay in their at least 15 minutes. Turn off the fan to get as much steam as possible. If you feel like you have to cough, do it, the steam should loosen things up. Get out as much crud as you can. IF you have "tea tree oil" put a few drops in the tub where the water will hit it, it will get in vaporized in the steam and get into your passage ways and help heal them. Do this at least 1-2 times a day.

Make sure to get plenty of sleep. at least 2-3 extra hours.

Do not take Day quil if you can help it. It will make you feel so good you will over work yourself and you will be sicker longer.

Don't forget to eat. You body needs fuel. Even if you don't feel like having anything, Eat chicken soup, toast with butter and the orange juice. Plus Gatorade for extra fluids. Get the "rain" version it doesn't have the funny after taste.

drink lots of fluids get plenty of rest. but most important rub vicks on the bottom of your feet and wear a pair of socks when you go to bed. your cold should be gone within a few days.

The only thing that can help is amoxcillin. It's a type of medication that needs a prescription from your doctor. After taking this medication for 7 days, your cold will be gone.

Drink alot of Sunny delight, and eat alot of fruit.And of course sleep...
