My car has the symptoms described in the recall (shaking at highway speeds). The vibration in the steering occurs between 50 and 60 mph and settles down afterwards.

Incidentally, the time allotted to have a recall repair done is ten years. I'm outside of that window by a year.

well if its a recall, take it to the dealer, just make sure they have the parts in stock and it shouldnt take a whole day. but its not to involved from a mechanics stand point but im not sure what they are doing
