I want to sleep naked but i do not want my parents to walk in on me what shold i do PS i have thoht about geting a door stop

You have your own room right? Even though you're 11, if you feel more comfortable sleeping naked, well then sleep naked. By suggesting the door stop, basically you are saying you cannot lock the door? I believe your parents already know what you look like naked but being a young adult (to be) I guess you feel uncomfortable with the idea of them walking in on you. Well use the door stop. You can also tell them that you plan to sleep naked so if they are not in for a shocker to knock before entering. I think your parents should knock before they enter your room anyway, but that's just my thinking.

Being a mother of two young boys, I will tell you this, tell your parents that you would prefer to sleep this way and give a little knock before entering. The other thing would be to sleep with a sheet on. You will have to come to a compromise at some point. Most parents wont care if you want to sleep that way. No big deal.

You don't want to lock or block your door. Your parents are definitely going to try to open it and some point to check on you, and you're going to be even more embarrassed to explain to them why it is locked.

I agree that you're better off sleeping in your boxers or something. What if there's a fire and you have to run outside?

If you still really really want to sleep nude, like you're hot or something, tell your dad and ask if he thinks that would be weird. He'll probably want to reassure you that it's not weird, and that way your parents will have a heads up not to walk in without knocking. Just make sure you keep a bathrobe handy.

Here's a tip for you ... your parents have already seen you naked.

Sleep naked, it's so much nicer - I can't understand why anyone wants to put clothes on in bed. You're quite a cool 11yo (I am MUCH older).

Perhaps you should start by wearing only PJ bottoms, and telling your parents that you're doing that because you find clothes in bed uncomfortable. If they understand, give it a few weeks and tell them that you think you'd prefer to wear nothing at all in bed, and that if they don't want to find you undressed you'd prefer it if they knocked on your room door before entering. I hope they're cool with that.

Lock your door. Or so what I always did, just make sure your wrapped in covers completly if you hear them coming toward the door. Wake up a little earlier than you normally do and go by that.

It's completely normal, and totally fine. just tell your parents you're groeing up, and you need some privacy. get a door stopper. thats a great idea. but i'll bet that your parents would be much more, hmm, whats the word....well would be glad that you were being open with them, and tell them that you would really like them to knock first, because then they feel that you really trusted, and, ....oh it's just a good idea! lol. so i think thats your best bet,

Ok.... 1st, you are 11, you're not an adolescent (teen) yet. Just tell your parents not to go in your room, or wait until they go to bed. Do it before you start getting erections, then it will be really weird. TRUST ME. I sleep in my boxers, and when my girlfriend comes I keep them on. Im 14.

ok dude what I used to do was go to bed with my undies on and while under the blanket take them off. then when I would have to get up or whatever I would find them conviently placed on the side of my bed a little bit hidden under the covers

they never knew and I was a lot more comfy
