You are thinking in reverse. The publishers pay you to publish the book. A literary agent helps you get the best deal (and most publishers won't look at a book unless it comes through an agent).
The public library has a copy of the Writer's Market that tells you about the process.

No, for the most part if you are not writing something that is going to benefit society (a medical book or something like that), then you cannot get money for publishing it. And really, publishers PAY YOU to publish, you don't pay them! However, realize that the publishing industry is VERY DIFFICULT to break into and you need connections and possibly an agent, and tons of writing experience ein many different venues. Anyplace that asks you for money to publish your book is a SCAM, I don't care what they tell you! That is called Vanity Publishing and you want to stay away from it. Anyway, if you are a VERY experienced writer and you think your book has merit, you might send it to an agent, but even most of them are not taking on new writers with no credentials. Good luck.

Printing a book is considered by financial entities as high risk, because you won't know if the book will be a success or not, except if your name is Stephen King, John Grisham or Tom Clancy.

Since I assume your name is not of the above, I would suggest not to invest your money, because if this were a new business I'd definitely say to you do a business plan, since is not, it is very difficult to measure what the future will be to you.

Anyway, try to send your book to any editorial you might find and follow it's rules of sending books ( Because they hate people who sends them without following specific rules ).

There are 2 editorials that might help you:
