I would say that Dante's primary enemies are Fernand Mondego, Baron Danglars, Gérard de Villefort, and maybe Edward d’Villefort
and Caderousse.

Also, you might consider Dante to be his own enemy, for in trying to become a Divine administrator of justice, or rather, vengeance, he struggles inside of himself and represse his true nature to unleash the hatred he has for those that hurt him.

did u read it...? (hehe i only watched the movie)

i'd say it's his best friend, i forget the name

partly the magistrate, for covering things up and planning things w/ the best friend

the prison guard (i guess..even tho he was cruel to everyone)

pretty much it.. =T he didn't have many enemies..which is why he didn't deserve anything that happened to him.
