i would say cold air intake i have one on my 03 ram and my 07 cobra and all i can say is the gas mileage and hp has gone up so from experience i would say cold air intake

cold air..colder air makes better performance..pulls colder air from the tire well
short ram pulls hot air from the motor..less performance but cheaper

what kind of vehicle and what mods. the cold air or ram shouldnt make that much of a noticeably increase without other mods, all mods work off of eachother. but i will say that it may increase fuel milage without anything else.

I WOULD RECOMEND COLD AIR INTAKE THE COOLER THE AIR THE MORE HORSEPOWER IT WILL MAKE
