I am 14 years old and my prepuce is stil not fully retractable. Is it normal?

i heard it's normal, but by late teens it would be weird, then you might want to gradually stretch the skin so the opening is bigger

Hunny you really should be talking to your mom and a doc. about this not the internet. You can find urologist in you local hospital but for most you will need referrals from another doc first!

Its ok to be that way, but when you are old enought to make decisions for yourself, you may decide to have circumcision.
