This was due to his DNA not matching what was found at the scene. I believe he knows something more or it appears to be that way. What actions need to be taken to get him back in the scene of the crime and get more information from him about the crime. Yes, he could be making it up. But they need to follow all leads for this little girl. He might know who killed her.

This isn't a big surprise to me.
Myself, like everybody else, hoped that he was indeed the killer, but I guess the investigators are back to square one. This will certainly reopen the possibility that the parents were involved.
Karr's family said recently that he was a liar, who was just after attention. Well, he achieved that. He's now a household name, has been all over the news, and has seriously screwed up any continuing investigation that was still ongoing in this case.
I have this feeling that the case will never be solved.

The guy dosen't know squat. He was in California when the murder happened. He's just obsessed with the case.
But shame on the prosecutors for not doing their homewok before extraditing the guy. You will think that they would have questioned his family before bringing him back. Also, you don't have to bring the guy back to the States to do a DNA Test. They could have done this in Thailand or take a hair sample from him.
It shows how incompetent the Boulder Police/prosecutors are. That's why this case hasn't been solved.

Surely, the investigating authorities will believe that he knows more than he is telling. Since he knew things, not revealed previously, then he was probably there when it happened or he knows the person who did it. There is just too much circumstantial evidence for him to not be involved in some way.

Its Karr...but anywho, i think this person is mentaly unwell, for years he has been folowing the case of who killed her, his family says he was in albaqurque nm when it happen, im sure hes attention hungry, and delusional, he has an identity problem, hes trying to becomne a woman, and what better way to identify with women then with a young beauty queen....i think he just put himself in the scene, and was not actualy present
