depends oon whos wireless internet your using. if it is a neighbors it will be free (or if otherwise indicated that it is free). if it is going through a company u will have 2 pay.

no if u do it right and yes if u wanna be a cheeky sod and piggy back on someone elses wireless connection, it all depends on wether you already have wifi hardware on ur system
