IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE A/C COMPRESSOR THE BLOWER MOTOR WILL BLOW AIR JUST NOT COLD IF THE FANS NOT WORKING THEN YOU HAVE A SEPERATE CONCERN

If the fan clutch is broken, the fan blades will not draw air through the radiator to help keep the engine cool. In colder weather, it may work for a while, but while the car is just idling, you still could overheat the engine. In hot weather, you are pretty sure to toast your engine with out the fan operating.

The air conditioner fan clutch only relates to making the air compressors rotate. It has no effect on the blower motor. That will blow air, but it will only blow cool if there is cool air available. In hot weather, the blower will blow warm unless the air conditioner is working.

i take it that u mean the clutch thats inside the fan and the answer is no it would not...
