I have been disabled for 6.5 yrs. and getting a divorce. How much of my totally fixed income can my future ex-wife get as alimony?

Varies state to state. In California, it is decided by the judge using a formula that includes income of both parties as well as the length of the marriage. It also depends on who/if anyone asks for it. Child support however, is mandatory.

Probably as a ex-wife she will probably be entitled to nothing unless you die or something. Check with local agency to be sure before you sign those final papers.

My ex husband is on disability and I got zilch. Of course I didn't ask for any either. I didn't ask for child support either since I work full time.
