Gee, if it's been around for half a century and *still* can't get anyone interested in watching it, that doesn't reflect too well on skateboarding, now does it?

I'm not sure if this is gonna B the answer UR looking 4 coz I'm not sure what U're saying in the second part of UR question.
My Dad was Free-Running in the 50's, 2 get 2 school, he climbed over buildings & would drop 2 floor in the play-ground from the factory roof, next door.

I didn't watch any of the Pop Idol series, rubbish brain-dead TV.
I'd rather B watching CSI or a good documentary.
Cool?
:)

to procure somewhat some insults there, asker. i comprehend precisely what you're speaking about notwithstanding. a pal of mine and that i had a dialogue about this very topic. She admits that considering the fact that she's been texting, her language skills have lengthy gone down hill. She's in college now and has me evidence her papers before handing them in, and it actual feels like a sixth grader wrote it. after I see resumes are available the time of my table with "lol" and different texting verbage, I without delay trash them. regrettably, those youthful ones do not see the linked fee in researching perfect english and do not comprehend that they received't get very some distance in a pro placing without it. also, i'm effective the inflow of television/internet would not help a lot with getting youthful ones to extremely %. up a e book and improve their vocabulary. extremely, they don't take it heavily...and that i ask your self if many of the instructors do both. With what we pay instructors, that's no ask your self. they purely do it because they prefer to coach, not for the income. also, the most objective in this united states is on leisure, not coaching, as evidenced by technique of the absorbitant salaries paid to actors, athletes, singers, etc.

I have family pics of us kids skateboarding back in the early 60's, so I know skateboarding has been around a long time. I've watched the xgames and enjoyed them. I've also watched a bunch of other extreme sports & have enjoyed them. My kids participate in freefall sky diving and base jumping....a very extreme sport.

The rest of your post was too rambling. Hope you aren't participating in the extreme sport of damaging your braincells with drugs or alcohol, because it appears that way in your written word.'

it was a cheap, informal mode of transportation, like riding a bike or rollerskating---nobody was doing back flips and zingies and all that other crap on the little board with 4 steel wheels.

you have a lot of anger, I highly suggest you speak to a professional regarding that, you started off asking about skateboarding and finished with a diatribe on american idol.

whew! my head hurts now!
