YES! He doesn't even have to *** inside you for you to get pregnant. If it is near your vagina and you have lots of fertile quality cervical fluid then the sperm can hitch a ride.
I knew a gal once that never had sex but still got pregnant. Yeah sure...she could be lying but I have studied fertility long enough to know that it can happen.

you dont even have to "put it all the way in" to get someone pregnant. Just have to have some sperm in the general vaginal area and pregnancy could be possible. Sperm are strong swimmers so safe sex should be practiced!
