Learn basic business topics like profit and loss, accounting principles, merchandising, and anything else that will give you a leg up on the competition. Then find who buys your product and who your competitions. Find out how much they charge and see if you can sell for less and still make your overhead. Learn the tricks of the trade from any source you can, on line, other fish breeders. Determine your market. Are you going to sell to commercial outlets, or just to fish fanciers?
When you know everything you need to know, begin small and plow your profit back into the business in order to expand. Save as much as you put back in for a contingency fund.
Good luck and have fun doing what you love while making a living.
