Go to an Alanon or Narcotics Anonymous meeting in your area. I've been there and done the crack thing. Nobody can help him until he wants it. I've personally smoked up houses, cars and relationships. Been clean for about 5 years. People still have urges but not acting on them is the trick. There is lots of people in the same boat. If there is no NA meetings in your area Call a AA number in my book an addiction is an addiction. Your daughter is enabling him by the fact that she puts up with this crap. do you know how to tell when an addict's lying? His lips are moving.

Look, I have been through the same thing and there is no other alternative but to leave. Going through with it is the hardest thing in your life to have to do. It will hurt like hell and you will think that you are never going to heal, but it is the only way and the best way for all who are involved. He will not stop until he looses everything and he will take you and your children down with him. You've got to get out of there before it gets worse, and believe me it will get much worse. He has a problem that you can't love him out of. .... You can't see it now, but you will be soooooo much better off in the long run if you separate yourself from him right now. I know, I've been there and I can't stress how important it is that you LEAVE HIM.

Ok sweetie, here it goes. . . . .I lived a life like that about 5 years ago and I will tell you what I learned from all of it. . . .He won't change if he doesn't want to. People like that in that kind of situation have to want to help themselves before anybody else can help them. Thats what happened with me, for years friends and family kept trying to help me, but I thought they were all stupid and I was having a good time doing what I was doing. But then,I wasn't and thats when I got help, because I was ready.
You can beg and plead and cry, you can deal with it, or you can get away from it, which is what I recommend! Even if he is a good person at heart, drugs do terrible things to people and I'am sorry you are in that type of situation. Do what you think is best.

i do no longer comprehend. What i comprehend is the stuff is risky and the folk you purchase it from are risky. you ought to probable supply your better half an ultimatum, to decide for the two you or his/her binges. you could lose your better half besides to somebody taking pictures at him/her for the duration of a combat between drug sellers or to a foul batch or to diverse different issues bearing directly to the stupid habit. in case you will binge, alcohol is a lot greater useful because of the fact, its criminal and controlled, and much less risky. in the journey that your better half can wait an entire twelve months to have the stuff, they are no longer going addicted yet nevertheless in possibility of demise while they do. This assumes of direction, no mendacity is happening right here. The binges would ensue better than as quickly as a twelve months.

You can't stop it. They say that an addict affects 8-12 people that surrounds them. Only he, can be the one to decide to accept his addiction. Addiction is a dark veil that only the individual can reveal. He is not who he is, he is the addiction, and with the addictions are multiple personalities. In order for you to confront that addiction, you need to brace your self to preform tough love cut off any Credit cards checking accounts, hide your jewelry etc.. First, you need to get your children away from that environment. Just because he is a good provider to you and your children, does not mean they will not get exposed to that. For now he thinks he has it under control, but, with any addiction his thought process is not like ours. He will run out of resources and then watch how quickly a vicious down ward spiral he goes into. You need to consider leaving him. Don't allow his addiction to over power you by staying. Remember he can be very manipulative and deceptive because of this addiction and can be considered a class actor. Allow him to let him run his addiction down along with himself before you can start over again.. Its not going to be a cake walk but its a start..

There is nothing you can do. He has to go into rehab. By letting him continue this behavior, your enabling him to continue with this life style. As long you let him, he will keep on doing it. This is more that bs, this is illegal. If he gets caught he won't be able to be a good husband and father from jail. An intervention is desperately needed here.

OMG. This person needs serious intervention. You need to get all his loved ones together, and with the help of a therapist, you need to have him committed, before he destroys himself and takes others down with him.
